Peter’s Persica is unique in being a yellow, red-eyed persica climber with outstanding health, attractive light green foliage, and restrained growth to about 8 or 9 feet. The rose is named after British garden writer and broadcaster, Peter Seabrook MBE, (pictured). He admired this rose very much, and hoped it would support his charity work, including the Colegrave Seabrook Foundation, encouraging young people into horticulture. Rose of the Year 2015, this is certainly something very different. This floribunda Persica rose is free flowering with blooms sporting a distinctive ‘eye’.
